You Will Need;
- GTA: IMG Tool - http://thepiratebay.ee/torrent/4439227
- This Torrent
- GTA Vice City
1. Open The Vice City Folder.../Models/GTA3.img With IMG Tool and Find Faggio.dff
2. Delete Faggio.dff Then Go This Torrent You Downloaded and Add Faggio.dff To IMG Tools
3. Go Back To IMG Tools and Press Commands > Rebuild Archive
4. When Its Done, Open GTA Vice City and Find Your Cow!!!
